Verify Driver Partner documents and onboarding requirements.
Support walk-in enquiries to complete onboarding.
Respond promptly to Driver Partner enquiries via Zoho, WhatsApp and other channels.
Support onboarding/offboarding admin tasks, including bank updates and wallet refunds.
Manage callback requests to ensure a positive Driver Partner experience.
Provide backup support for inbound/outbound call operations during peak periods.

🎯 Requirements

Diploma in Business/Operations/Customer Service or related field. Fresh grads welcome.
Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds in face-to-face and virtual settings.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
