Driver Operations Associate - UAE (2W/4W)

📋 Description

• Facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between local team and the local UAE Driver
• Develop a deep, data-driven, and qualitative understanding of the unique UAE supply market
• Quick to adopt and implement proven local frameworks, best practices, and standards to efficiently
• Partner with the Driver Operations Manager to design, execute, and review strategic initiatives
• Document high-impact, data-supported learnings from the UAE market and scale these insights to grow

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a call centre operations, preferably within Delivery Platforms.
• Experience in managing diverse fleet operations, including 2W (Motorbikes/3PL) and 4W vehicles
• Office-based role serving as the primary point of contact for Driver Partners.
• Works closely with local teams on Driver acquisition, onboarding, training, community building
• Ensures KPI delivery, strong execution of initiatives, and accurate daily reporting.
• Data-driven with exposure to analytics and proficiency in Excel.
