• Monitor and support daily transport operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Coordinate with drivers, partners, internal teams, and other operational stakeholders to address

• Investigate operational incidents and provide timely and accurate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to established operational processes, policies, and service standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operational activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Transportation
• At least 1–2 years of experience in operations, transportation, logistics, mobility, delivery, or a
• Familiarity with transport operations and related workflows, including driver/partner coordination
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
