📋 Description

• Develop governance frameworks and compliance policies aligned with local regulatory requirements.

• Accomplish daily payment activities within the scheduled timelines while maintaining 100% accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Data Management & Governance, Audit, Business Process Improvement or
• Experience managing partners or supporting team performance; prior people-management experience.
• Capable to translate data into applicable insights and operational improvements.
• Experience driving process improvements and supporting change management across evolving priorities.
• Experience working with operational metrics, dashboards, and performance-management frameworks.
• Experience using automation and AI tools to improve productivity, and operational processes.
