Drone Dock Field Technician - East Coast

📋 Description

• Travel across the U.S. to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain docking stations.
• Diagnose issues on-site and perform preventative maintenance.
• Replace hardware components and restore systems to operation.
• Update cases and work orders with detailed documentation.
• Operate independently while coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain safety and proper PPE in all field conditions.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the east coast.
• 2+ years in field service or related disciplines.
• Mechanical, electronic, and network troubleshooting experience.
• Jira and Salesforce or equivalent ticketing/CRM experience.
• Travel up to 90% of the time with valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders; comfortable outdoors.
• Able and willing to obtain FAA Part 107 certificate; strong communication.
