Drone Platform Integration & Network Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Identify flight data and comms outages; provide mitigation guidance.
• Own post-deployment private Cloud config and privacy-focused ops.
• Speed up issue resolution by triaging Cloud integration and data flow.
• Be a technical resource for training teams to improve self-help.
• Reduce escalations by building effective triage and resolution.
• Collaborate with internal support and Eng/Product teams to improve experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years configuring/troubleshooting enterprise Cloud infra (cellular/wireless/ethernet).
• Govt or military UAS ops and flight exp a plus.
• Public safety info systems in Police/Fire dispatch is a plus.
• Flexible hours including after-hours and weekend support.
• Motivated self-starter with strong communication skills.
• CLI/scripting (Bash, PHP, Python); Linux; APIs/webhooks; Postman.
