DSP/Job Coach - Supported Living/Employment Program

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 support in homes and workplaces to build independence.
• Assist with transportation to events, work, and appointments.
• Help with home duties: cleaning, laundry, meals, budgeting.
• Offer on-site mentorship at jobs with tailored 1:1 support.
• Provide prompts and support to develop skills and independence.
• Monitor progress and help set and achieve goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year IDD support or 6+ months as a Job Coach.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
• Passion to help others and be dependable.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Must be 18+ and able to provide references.
