Dubai Events Coordinator, MENA

📋 Description

• Coordinate local venue searches in Dubai and the wider UAE, negotiating hire, F&B and
• Source and manage local vendors for booth production, AV, event rentals, video/photography and
• Support delivery of Xsolla's sponsorship deliverables at the DFGC/Xsolla events expo and other
• Plan and deliver Community driven events in order to drive Xsolla Club membership and awareness in
• Maintain local event budgets, updating costs regularly and in the correct currency.
• Research and book hotels for staff attending Dubai-hosted events, working with the hotel sourcing

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in events, marketing, or vendor coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Dubai/UAE venue, vendor and event landscape.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Atlassian Suite, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and the
• Preferred: Experience in the video games, tech or software industry.
• Preferred: Arabic language skills.
