Due Diligence Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end program due diligence reviews from kickoff to post-launch reviews.
• Drive regulatory, financial, operational, and reputational risk assessments with independence.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, InfoSec, Finance to review programs.
• Guide GTM teams and respond to bank requests across US, Canada, EU.
• Own and evolve risk frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with LRC and GTM to ensure bank-specific compliance.
• Identify opportunities to evolve PDD and Third-Party Risk Management processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in due diligence, third-party risk management, or compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder reviews from kickoff to delivery.
• Strong analytical skills; synthesize findings for executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams and banks.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for card issuing and payments.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace and dashboards.
• Hands-on, collaborative, and concise.
