• Ensure goals are achieved and communicated to teams
• Lead multiple teams; track goals and deadlines
• Manage tasks in Jira/Confluence to supervise work
• Mentor junior production team members
• Evaluate and resolve issues related to project management
• Participate in leadership meetings for planning and scheduling

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management, CS, or related field
• At least 5 years of production experience in video games
• Experience launching a PC/console project
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent organizational skills and budget discipline
• Ability to inspire their team and resolve situations
