📋 Description

• Manage requests from premium clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp in Dutch/Flemish and English.
• Coordinate reservations, event tickets, and travel bookings per client preferences.
• Provide expert advice on luxury dining, cultural events, and bespoke activities.
• Handle urgent and complex requests with efficiency, creativity, and discretion.
• Ensure an exceptional, personalized experience from first contact to final delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Dutch/Flemish speaker with strong English skills (B2 or above).
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, or luxury services is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident in meeting high expectations.
• Comfortable using ticketing systems (Salesforce experience is an advantage).
