DWFS - Quality Policy Trainer

📋 Description

• Conduct quality reviews; using statistical sampling, auditing and observation of work-in-progress
• Identify, review and implement a plan for regular monitoring of data required.
• Review client eligibility and expenditure requests as applicable.
• Monitor files, reports and payment requests submitted by staff to ensure compliance with local
• Document staff performance including, but not limited to, client enrollment, expenditure requests
• Prepare monitoring documents and reports for the purpose of dissemination and improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
• Two years of relevant work experience
• Requires working knowledge of WIOA, Welfare Transition, SNAP, ES/UI, Trade Adjustment Agreement
• Familiarity with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations required
• Experience with state data systems preferred
• Must possess strong data entry skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office products with the
