📋 Description

• Lead requirements-gathering and business process workshops with German-speaking stakeholders
• Analyse existing processes and deliver fit-gap assessments, identifying standard Dynamics 365
• Translate business requirements into clear target processes and functional solution designs that
• Present and defend proposed solutions with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with
• Support business users throughout testing, validation, and formal sign-off activities.
• Help stakeholders transition to live use, supporting adoption and addressing functional questions

🎯 Requirements

• 6–7 years of relevant experience as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement functional consultant or
• Demonstrable implementation experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or both.
• Proven experience leading discovery and fit-gap assessments, supported by clear, documented
• Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, configuration options, and business
• Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to facilitate workshops and produce functional
• Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
