🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 6–7 years of relevant experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer
• Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, particularly the Sales module
• Demonstrated experience conducting business discovery, requirements-gathering workshops, process
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into target processes, functional specifications
• A clear understanding of the capabilities of standard Dynamics 365 functionality, the limitations
• Fluent German, with the ability to independently facilitate workshops, discuss complex business
