Approximately 6–7 years of relevant experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer
Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, particularly the Sales module
Demonstrated experience conducting business discovery, requirements-gathering workshops, process
Proven ability to translate business requirements into target processes, functional specifications
A clear understanding of the capabilities of standard Dynamics 365 functionality and limitations
Fluent German, with the ability to independently facilitate workshops and produce professional
