📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end technical and functional design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions
• Lead client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and fit-gap analyses to translate business
• Design and optimize sales processes, including lead-to-opportunity, quoting, pipeline management
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views, and
