Dynamics 365 Principal Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead complex Dynamics 365 projects, aligning with client goals
• Partner with clients as trusted advisor on trade-offs, risk and outcomes
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and Account teams
• Ensure end-to-end plans, budgets, and schedules are executed
• Proactively identify risks and surface mitigations
• Travel up to 25-50% for onsite/client engagements as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years actively managing projects in a PM role with end-to-end SDLC
• Develop detailed project plans, scopes, schedules, and resource forecasts
• Dynamics 365 implementations experience; ERP project exposure
• Build strong client relationships and engage senior stakeholders
• Own budgets, forecasts, delivery health; communicate risks and mitigations
• PM training/certifications preferred; Bachelor's degree or equivalent
