  • Demonstrated experience designing direct-response creative for DTC, e-commerce, lead-generation, or

  • Expert proficiency in at least one major tool (e.g., Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Canva) with speed and
  • Proven ability to produce high volumes of creative and generate 10+ variations of a concept
  • Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, color contrast, hooks, CTAs to drive
  • Experience creating static paid-social ads, especially images and carousels for measurable
