📋 Description

  • Own and drive global eCommerce revenue and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute plans for luxury customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Lead online customer experience with storytelling, personalization, and seamless UX/UI.
  • Oversee launches, gifting, segmentation, and merchandising to lift AOV.
  • Set and optimize KPIs (CAC, LTV, AOV, conversions) using analytics and CRO.
  • Design and manage CRM and retention programs (email/SMS) and post-purchase engagement.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in strategic eCommerce leadership within luxury or premium consumer brands.
  • Proven success managing external contractors and agencies with KPI-driven management.
  • Data-driven with strong analytics capabilities, heavy analytics skills, and proven CRO expertise.
  • Expertise in premium consumer marketing, segmentation, and retention strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, adept at collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Experience or familiarity with regulated industries (alcohol/spirits) is preferred.
