📋 Description

• Ensure operational stability across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop.
• Monitor account health, resolve issues, and manage cases with Seller Support.
• Optimize listings and content for SEO; coordinate with creative teams.
• Oversee inbound FBA shipments and multi-country inventory.
• Provide weekly operations updates to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (FBA, cases, crisis resolution).
• Strong problem-solving and crisis management.
• Excellent written English for reports and customer comms.
• High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and accountability.
• Ability to overlap until 12:00 EST, Mon-Fri.
