📋 Description

• Manage order processing across Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Michaels, Etsy, Faire
• Respond to customer inquiries via email
• Monitor and manage AI agents/automations, handle workflow edge cases
• Coordinate daily updates through WhatsApp, Slack, and ClickUp

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing multiple e-commerce marketplaces
• Experience in customer service and order processing
• Ability to manage communications across multiple tools
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation and a Working Webcam
• Computer with 1.8 GHz CPU and 4 GB RAM; Internet: 25 Mbps main, 10 Mbps backup
