E-Learning Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Develop interactive digital and multimedia learning materials using Articulate authoring tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex information into clear, engaging, and
• Create storyboards, instructional copy, and audio and video scripts to support learning objectives.
• Develop, organize, and manage learning content for Learning Management Systems (LMS) and
• Conduct usability testing and quality assurance to ensure learning resources function reliably and
• Ensure learning materials comply with applicable standards, visual guidelines, copyright

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of relevant experience in instructional design, education, or training, and/or
• Hands-on experience developing interactive multimedia learning content using Articulate.
• Practical experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) and a strong understanding of
• Strong visual design, storyboarding, and instructional content development skills.
• Experience writing instructional copy and audio and video scripts.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for making minor code amendments.
