🎯 Requirements

4+ years of software engineering with customer delivery/production ownership.
Turn ambiguous ideas into prototypes; systems thinking.
Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript; cloud deployment.
Practical AI/LLM depth; experience evaluating models and production AI apps.
Strong product and customer judgment; identify high-value problems.
Manage several high-stakes engagements; momentum across teams.
