📋 Description

• Own end-to-end scheduling and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews across intern, new
• Partner closely with Early Careers Recruiters, candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear, timely communication about
• Support high-volume interview days and ensure candidates and interview teams have the information
• Assist with job postings and requisition setup in Greenhouse, ensuring candidate-facing information
• Maintain accurate candidate, interview, requisition, and event data across Greenhouse, Gem

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, program coordination, or a
• Demonstrated experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple teams, locations
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through across multiple concurrent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a thoughtful, candidate-first approach
• Ability to build trust and work effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers
• Comfort operating through changing priorities, compressed timelines, and high-volume hiring periods
