• Texas Reading Academies Cohort Lead: Lead Reading Academies Module learning and facilitate coaching
• Coaching: Coach and support PreK instructional leaders, Reading Academies participants, including
• Data Analysis: Analyze student, teacher, school, and regional-level data
• Lead implementation of state literacy priorities, including reading growth assessments
• Develop, manage, and lead literacy pilot programs across the state
• Serve as a model of instructional coaching power moves

🎯 Requirements

• Pass Texas Reading Academies Cohort Leader screener
• Strong knowledge of literacy in PreK-3rd grade
• Knowledge of balanced literacy, including foundational literacy components
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Master teacher in literacy
• Strong instructional coach with expertise in observation and feedback
