🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Early Years Funding processes (eligibility, payments).
• Experience translating complex policy into software requirements.
• Ability to write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with agile delivery and backlog refinement.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Visio or similar tools.
