Plan and execute growth initiatives for Earn products.
Collaborate with token partners to expand offerings.
Work with Product, Marketing, CS, and KOL/Affiliate teams.
Monitor Earn performance and troubleshoot issues.
Coordinate with stakeholders to hit KPIs and growth targets.
Analyze campaigns and user feedback to optimize results.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Marketing/Economics or related field.
Experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or BD; crypto/fintech is a plus.
Strong understanding of crypto Earn, TradFi, DeFi, Lending/Borrowing.
Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder mgmt.
Strong analytical skills; data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, thrives in fast pace.
