Earn Product Operation(Tradfi)

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard TradFi/RWA assets into Binance Earn
• Research TradFi wealth-management structures and redesign for Earn users
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Ops on feasibility and GTM
• Translate TradFi mechanisms into scalable Earn concepts prioritizing user value
• Analyze market trends, user demand, and competitors to identify opportunities
• Support end-to-end product operations including launch, optimization, and lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product operations, product strategy, investment product, or wealth management
• Strong understanding of product design, operations, and lifecycle management
• Deep knowledge of funds, ETFs, and structured products (MMFs, PPN, FCN, covered calls)
• TradFi background from asset mgmt, wealth mgmt, brokerage, or banking
• Ability to identify strong financial product mechanisms and translate to Earn products
• Strong analytical thinking; link product ideas to business impact and execution
