📋 Description

• Manage the implementation and onboarding of new clients on electronic billing platforms, including
• Prepare and submit electronic invoices accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with
• Monitor invoice status and manage rejections, reductions, appeals, and discrepancies to maximize
• Investigate recurring invoice rejections, analyze rejection codes, identify root causes, and
• Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, billing teams, local offices, and client
• Maintain client billing rules, vendor portal configurations, and timekeeper approval records across

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in legal billing or electronic billing, preferably within a law firm
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, although equivalent relevant professional experience may be
• Demonstrated experience using third-party electronic billing platforms, such as Legal Tracker
• Familiarity with Aderant, eBillingHub, and/or Elite is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of legal electronic billing workflows, client billing guidelines, invoice
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
