📋 Description

• Operate specialized equipment like large trucks, UTVs, brush cutters, augers, chainsaws, backpack
• Use GPS mapping systems to navigate and document work
• Identify native and invasive plant species
• Mix and apply herbicides for invasive species management
• Report equipment maintenance needs and perform basic upkeep
• Work on restoration projects including planting, seeding, erosion control, and invasive species

🎯 Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• Reliable means of transportation to get to the field office
• Keen interest in natural resources and outdoors
• 1+ years of work in ecological restoration
• Ability to read and understand project plans, details, and specifications
• Commercial Pesticide Technician/Apprentice License in applicable categories for assigned state
