eCom Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve the company's day-to-day business operations, ensuring priorities
• Build, document, implement, and optimize SOPs, operational workflows, and internal systems that
• Coordinate supply chain, logistics, and other critical eCommerce operational activities to maintain
• Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and gaps, then develop and implement practical
• Introduce greater organization, accountability, and structure across teams and operational
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and keep projects, priorities, and deliverables moving

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant operations management experience within a direct-to-consumer or eCommerce
• Proven experience creating, implementing, documenting, and continuously improving SOPs and
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where processes and priorities evolve
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to operational
• High degree of autonomy and comfort working with limited supervision or hand-holding.
