eCommerce Business Analyst & Project Coordinator

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day health of Mirantis Webstore and marketplaces (accuracy, availability)
• Coordinate onboarding, updates, and deprecations across channels (pricing, SKUs, media)
• Manage private offer workflows end-to-end: initiation, approval, fulfillment, handoff
• Partner with AWS/Azure teams on listing certification and program requirements
• Maintain Jira tracker; run sprint planning and standups
• Coordinate UAT cycles: define tests, assign testers, sign-off

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in business analysis or project coordination for digital commerce
• Hands-on AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace experience
• Jira for project tracking and Confluence for documentation
• BI/data warehouse tooling (Looker, Snowflake, Tableau) to build reports
• Strong written communication: SOPs, BRDs, status reports
• Comfortable working across time zones in a remote async environment
