🎯 Requirements

4–6+ years of ecommerce or digital marketing experience
Deep Shopify experience; comfortable making changes yourself
Experience owning lifecycle across email, SMS, loyalty and/or subscription
Strong numeric fluency; use data to drive fast decisions
High ownership, can operate with ambiguity and move fast
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management
