eCommerce Operation Specialist- Compliance

📋 Description

• Investigate and fix listing issues (suppressions, blocks, removals, pricing errors, policy flags)
• Review product content — titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and attributes — before it
• Monitor the Account Health Dashboard (AHD) and Voice of the Customer (VOC) Dashboard to keep the AH
• Work with EPM/SEM, the TIC agency, and other teams to resolve issues, track open items to closure
• Help the Account Health Project Manager with ongoing projects and process improvements, handled as
• Own escalations from the Core Team, EPM/SEM, or other stakeholders from intake to resolution —

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and account health management, with working
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills — needed for content
• Proficient in verbal and written English communication, comfortable working with multiple
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and opening, managing, and appealing cases with
• (Preferred) Experience across other marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, other regional Amazon
