Ecommerce Specialist - Marketplace

📋 Description

• Assist with daily case management in assigned platforms (Amazon/Walmart/Wayfair, etc).
• Set up and oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and data feeds
• Assist with optimizing product images and catalog details
• Identify new opportunities to boost online sales and inventory efficiency
• Drive traffic via SEO and listing optimization
• Ensure platform processes run effectively; suggest improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Team player with analytic/problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Word and Excel (Formulas, PivotTable, Vlookup)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred; experience with Amazon/Walmart a plus
