📋 Description

• Review and synthesize economic development plans, zoning, and housing data.
• Assess alignment of local plans with job growth, investment, housing, and equity.
• Evaluate readiness for public investments (transit, broadband, housing, etc.).
• Prepare written assessments, memos, and executive briefings for government.
• Collaborate with managers, analysts, and client staff to deliver quality work on time.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive procurement information.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, urban planning, or related field.
• 5+ years in economic development, public-sector consulting, or urban planning.
• Knowledge of land use planning, zoning, and development regulations.
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of technical material into clear writing.
• Strong analytical skills with demographic, housing, and fiscal data.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain findings to diverse audiences.
