🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years in insights/analytics with track record shipping work for external audiences.
• Exceptional data storytelling turning findings into narratives.
• Comfortable presenting findings to executives, clients, or media.
• Strong technical skills across the modern data stack (SQL, Python, Hex, etc.).
• A genuine curiosity about housing and the data behind it.
• A quantitative degree or equivalent practical experience.
