📋 Description

• Lead and develop functional developers across Revenue, Service, and SOAM
• Own functional delivery, translating priorities into plans and managing capacity, dependencies, and

• Strong Salesforce and connected platform experience across configuration, automation, permissions
• Ability to turn complex business processes into clear, maintainable platform solutions
• Experience managing delivery across improvements, larger projects, and operational support
• Sound judgement on when to use native capabilities, simplify processes, or involve custom
• Experience managing platform changes safely through testing, releases, documentation, and ongoing
• Confidence in clarifying requirements, challenging assumptions, and making trade-offs with business
