• Own top-of-funnel Beacon Network membership.
• Own the engagement loop and member success program.
• Ship Beacon Network category visibility across events and content.
• Be the single source of member feedback to product and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Marketing on shared community surfaces.
• Operate as a one-person team with contractors and AI resources.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years marketing, scaling enterprise member networks or B2B communities.
• Public-facing track record: members acquired, networks grew, events run.
• Demonstrated AI fluency; use AI tools daily for content, research, analytics.
• Compliance/fraud/risk domain credibility (or plan to build it).
• Track record running peer roundtables or industry events end-to-end.
• Comfortable operating as a one-person team.
