Ecosystem QA Lead

📋 Description

• Lead QA activities, set priorities, and coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and
• Investigate unclear, poorly reproducible, and cross-component issues to find the root cause.
• Analyze logs, test results, and user reports to spot broader quality patterns behind individual
• Define test strategies and apply risk-based testing to manage release cycles safely.
• Work with developers and product teams to establish expected behavior when detailed specifications
• Improve QA processes and guide the team in making confident release decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to test complex, multi-component systems and navigate integration and end-to-end
• Practical knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience leading QA activities and shaping test strategies for multiple products and release
• Familiarity with reading and debugging code (Java or Kotlin preferred).
• Hands-on experience writing or maintaining automated tests.
