• Bridge EDI/Enrollment nuances with efficient workflows
• Develop deep understanding of EDI and enrollments
• Translate technical findings into clear client guidance
• Liaise between customers and engineering as needed
• Focus on optimizing EDI support workflows to scale
• Report to the Senior Manager of CX, EDI, EDU, and SMB/MM BSM

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Rehab Clinician (SLP/OT/PT/COTA/PTA)
• Willingness to build fluency in EDI file formats
• Highly analytical with troubleshooting skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and autonomous learner
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication; MS Excel proficiency
