EDI & Reporting Coordinator

📋 Description

• Manage and monitor purchase orders received through EDI
• Troubleshoot EDI and purchase order issues
• Investigate incorrect pricing, failed transactions and other processing issues
• Work directly with SPS Commerce to resolve EDI issues
• Assist with setting up EDI connections for new retail customers
• Ensure orders successfully flow between customer and internal systems

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience working with EDI systems
• Experience processing and troubleshooting purchase orders
• Experience with SPS Commerce or a similar EDI provider
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience working with detailed reports and large datasets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
