Edibles (Kitchen) Agent - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Assist kitchen staff in daily production of cannabis edibles using commercial machinery.
• Execute batch production per SOPs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with kitchen lead to follow SOPs for potency and homogenization.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues impacting edibles quality.
• Train in food safety and sanitation; maintain a clean production area.
• Assist with labeling, packaging and tracking edibles for final sale.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of general production experience, preferably regulated.
• Experience in a production-heavy kitchen is a plus.
• Understanding of recipes, food production and sanitation.
• Strong task-management and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail for precise packaging and labeling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
