📋 Description

• Maintain an efficient workflow across all post-deliverables.
• Collaborate with design leads and strategists on concepts.
• Oversee execution of all post-deliverables.
• Own creative oversight for UGC video editing.
• Be the point of contact for post-production questions.
• Recommend performance iterations based on video metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of video editing experience (motion graphics a plus)
• Ability to brief, direct, and provide clear expectations to Content Producers
• Proficient in video editing tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut
• Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles
• Multitask and manage multiple milestones across projects
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving; able to lead and teach others
