• Edit high-priority films and content, bringing exceptional judgment across story, structure
• Help teams move from concept to prototype quickly, using editorial as a creative development tool
• Partner with creative teams from the earliest stages of development to shape concepts, treatments
• Build an end-to-end editorial capability spanning creative development, rapid prototyping
• Define global editorial and post-production standards, including workflows, technical

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years as an accomplished editor with a portfolio of exceptional narrative, commercial
• Excellent story instincts and ability to find clarity, humanity, and emotional shape in complex
• See editing as a creative development tool, not just a finishing step
• Understand the full post-production lifecycle including media management, offline and online
• Experience building editorial operations or leading complex post-production across multiple teams
• Ability to identify exceptional creative talent, build trusted relationships, and assemble the
