• Sharp story framing skills to help reporters craft scoops.
• Strong conversational writing; coach reporters to write conversationally.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
• Experience managing reporters at varying seniorities.
• Belief in Smart Brevity.
• Desire to help make teams indispensable to local readers.
