📋 Description

• Edit and produce engaging short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as TikTok
• Transform podcasts, webinars, interviews, voice notes, event recordings, and behind-the-scenes
• Identify compelling moments, soundbites, and stories within raw footage to create
• Develop strong opening hooks, pacing, narrative structure, text overlays, closed captions, sound
• Repurpose existing content into multiple edits, cutdowns, aspect ratios, and formats to support
• Collaborate with the Video Lead, Design Lead, and marketing leadership to refine creative concepts

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–4 years of experience editing video content for social-first brands, creators, marketing
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, with working knowledge of After
• Excellent storytelling instincts, with a strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, narrative
• Experience creating performance-oriented video content, with an understanding of how editing
• Ability to adapt content to multiple aspect ratios, formats, and distribution requirements without
