📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day editorial and production ops for On With Kara Swisher.
• Drive planning and programming strategy to grow the show's audience.
• Manage the editorial calendar: scheduling, vacations, backfills.
• Run pitch and prep meetings; guide story development.
• Oversee editorial reviews for every episode; final content checks.
• Partner with host and Executive Producer on special projects across platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in podcast production, audio journalism, or editorial leadership.
• Proven leader of editorial teams; direct management of producers/editors.
• Strong news judgment; familiar with politics, tech, culture shaping the show.
• Experience producing long-form interviews with high-profile guests.
• Own editorial calendar end-to-end: planning, scheduling, cadence.
• Pro Tools and/or Adobe Premiere fluency for audio/video production.
