EDU GTM Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales and CS on retention and growth via data strategy and reporting
• Own data quality across Salesforce and GTM systems; audits, updates, governance
• Act as Salesforce owner for EDU GTM; identify gaps, automate, scale
• Lead process improvements to speed, scale, and automation
• Define long-term roadmaps for Salesforce and Gainsight workflows
• Build and maintain dashboards and models to identify trends and opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Salesforce experience with reports, dashboards, automation
• Business-facing Salesforce owner/administrator experience
• GTM systems/admin such as Salesforce, Gainsight, MixMax
• Process improvement, GTM data, reporting, cross-functional projects
• Excel proficiency; BI tools like Looker/Tableau; data analysis
• SQL knowledge; translate data into insights
