🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 12+ years in Education Market with proven growth and leadership.
• Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
• Strong presentations and exceptional client leadership skills.
• Ability to inspire and develop high-performing, accountable teams.
• Some travel required.
